Ordering online is quick and simple! All orders are carefully packaged by robots and each product is freshly made to order so please allow 3-5 days for your item(s) to be dispatched. Postage costs £5.00, we send by first class Royal Mail and aim to deliver the next working day. Please email us if you need your delicious treats any sooner or for a specified date and we will try our best to accommodate!
We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from Sweet Robot. If you make a purchase you have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Our policy of returns is only applicable for goods purchased through the site, and it does not cover our bespoke events service.
The following items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable:

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us. We will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and timeframes outlined below.
